Sales Terms
All items shipped origin. Customer is responsible for reporting damage to shipping party upon arrival of package. All claims for shortage, discrepancy and/or damage must be made within seven (7) days of merchandise receipt. No returns will be accepted or credits given without a Return Authorization (RA) number, which may be requested through customer service.
All military items have been manufactured in accordance with the applicable military specifications and are authorized for sale through the Institute of Heraldry, Navy Clothing Textile Research Facility, Coast Guard Clothing Textile Research Facility and/or the United States Marine Corps Logistics Center. Hallmarks G-23, G-23-N and G-23-CG are marked accordingly.

Shipping FAQ
Order Processing Time
Due to our high order volume, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you need your order to be expedited, please contact our customer service team at 800-663-7487 after placing the order through our website. The shipment cut-off time for same-day shipments is noon EST Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipment Transit Time
All shipments originate from the Ira Green warehouse in Providence, RI. Domestic transit times range from 1 – 7 business days depending on the shipping service selected and the destination address. International transit times vary based on the shipping service selected and customs clearance.
Expedited Shipping Services
Please note that expedited shipping services (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) are only delivered during business days and do not include weekend delivery. For example, an order shipped via Overnight service on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
When requesting expedited shipping, orders still require 3-5 business days to process. If you need your order to be expedited, please contact our customer service team at 800-663-7487.
Free Domestic Shipping
Ira Green offers free shipping on all domestic internet orders over $50.00. Orders shipped using the free shipping option will be delivered using the best available ground shipping service.
Shipment Cut-Off
Our daily shipment cut-off for same day shipping is 12:00pm EST Monday – Friday (not including holidays). If you are placing your order on our website it needs to be received before this cut-off time. If you need to place an order that you need to ship out the same day with expedited shipping, i.e. Overnight, 2nd Day Air etc., please contact customer service at 800-663-7484.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives, please call for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt for your choice of replacement or a full refund of the merchandise purchase price to the original payment method.
Returns Within 30 Days:
Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. A return authorization number is required for all returns. To obtain your authorization number, please contact:
